This project implements a simplified version of the ESPP-RL (Energy-Saving Path Planning using Reinforcement Learning) algorithm inspired by the paper "Reinforcement Learning-Based Energy-Saving Path Planning for UAVs in Turbulent Wind" (Chen et al., 2024).
