This repository contains the code used to analyze data for the Pan-disease Human Blood Atlas, a large-scale plasma proteomics resource comprising over 8,000 samples across 59 diseases and longitudinal healthy cohorts. The generated data and biological insights are available in the Human Protein Atlas: www.proteinatlas.org/humanproteome/blood.
