生物信息学入门指南，写给每一个想要入门生信的学子。 生物信息学是一个庞杂的学科，利用应用数学、信息学、统计学和计算机科学的方法研究生物学的问题。 我喜欢把生物信息学看作一个工具，一个服务于我们研究主题的工具。也因为它的工具属性，生信的内容是繁杂的，多学科的，我们并不需要全盘掌握，而应该带有目的性的学习。 我想要尽量写出一份普适的生物信息学入门指南，但是不可避免会带有我所从事的研究领域--微生物生态学的影子。希望学习者能带有目的性的选择和自己研究相关的内容进行学习，如果能有一点帮助，这份指南的存在就是有意义的
