将CloudCompare中的ccViewer可视化点云的工程独立出来了，为了搞清楚其依赖项，同时也可以在可视化工具的基础上，仅仅添加实现我们想要的功能。这里仅仅做了初版，后续将持续更新和优化学习CC的源码，欢迎讨论和交流
