The Browsable Atlas of Behavior-Anatomy Maps (BABAM) is a GUI for exploring hypotheses of correlations between neural activity in regions of the brain and behavior for Drosophila melanogaster. These correlation hypotheses are the result of our thermogenetic neural activation screen of 2,205 lines from the Janelia GAL4 collection.
