本工程是一个复合项目，最终实现通过手机，看到监控摄像头，并能控制摄像头云台及机械臂舵机。手机端使用U3D制作，摄像头视频流采集以及RTSP传输、UDPServer、控制舵机均由树莓派完成。树莓派接收到UDP发来的数据后解析数据，通过串口控制单片机发出PWM波，进而控制舵机。
