gpuFI-4 is a detailed microarchitecture-level fault injection framework to assess the cross-layer vulnerability of hardware structures and entire Nvidia GPU chips for single and multiple bit faults, built on top of the state-of-the-art simulator GPGPU-Sim 4.0.
