VTEC（Vertical Total Electron Content）是一个基于地基GNSS观测数据估计全球电离层垂直电子总量的系统。该系统利用多GNSS系统（GPS、GLONASS、Galileo、BeiDou等）的双频观测数据，计算电离层斜向电子总量（STEC），然后转换为垂直电子总量（VTEC），最终利用球谐函数建立全球电离层模型。
