STM32F407ZG标准keil工程，工程中包括PLL倍频、串口USART1重定向到printf、精确delay函数、LED灯闪烁。 需要修改的地方为stm32f4xx.h文件139行的HSE_VALUE值，修改为自己板载的晶振大小；以及自己LED的IO口需要修改。其他都可以直接使用！！
