This repository implements "NeuroGen", a State-of-the-Art (SOTA) Multimodal Transformer for Brain Tumor Classification and Radiogenomics. It predicts not only tumor types but also molecular markers (IDH1, MGMT, 1p/19q) with quantified uncertainty.
