This project takes MRI or CT scan raw *.dicom files as an input then it transform it to a visible picture in Hounsfield scale, then it builds a 3d model based on the slices data, the next step in the project is to export it to *.stl to be 3D printed into a real size plastic organ for educational and surgical purposes.
