电子规范管理系统：基于golang go语言（beego框架），任意上传电子规范，进行查阅。特色是根据有效版本数据库进行比对，给予标识。对标系统：对报告中的规范名称进行标注规范编号和有效版本年份，免去了人工核对规范号和版本的麻烦。已经集成到engineercms中。
